We are a plastic engineering specialist based in Trowbridge and Swansea. Our initial plan was to build a machine that produced emergency housing from the materials available locally. It turned out this machine proved ideal for processing co-mingled waste streams into products. We decided to start by building machines that made a single product with a multitude of uses, a large format panel.

We have spent a year testing the machine, by producing panels out of all sorts of different waste streams. Panels have been produced out of a mixture of: recycled plastic, (PE, PP, PET, PVC), concrete, wood, mdf, blast aggregate and much more.
